595 - FileDialog will be opened at background

FC XE 594, Windows XP sp3

1. Choose Exras -> Customize toolbar...
2. Click 'Details' column of a item on left-down item list.
3. Click '...' button of right side of filename input field.
4. Choose 'Seek icon file...'.

Result:
FileDialog will be opened at behind of 'Define action toolbar' dialog.

There is a workaround, I can input file name directly. So priority is low.

In 595, problem still happen for me. Not solved yet.
