V577 - Change in selection behavior

Actions when selecting a file or folder have changed with v577. In settings, the option to "Select in NC-Mode" is off, "full row select" is on and "open folder with single click" is on.

Previously, you could click anywhere in the selected row and drag and drop. If it was a folder, you could click anywere in the selected row and the folder opened. In v577, you must click directly on the file/folder name to do what you want. I think the behavior in prior versions was friendlier. Can it be restored?

It sounds like the problem is in the full-row select feature rather than select itself -- though it may have been introduced with fixes applied to selection behavior, particularly for NC-mode, in releases ~575 through 577.
