tab does not display right contents

Salvete! I have the habit that, when I want to open a new tab, I double click on the empty tab bar to get one. This duplicates the current tab. Then I navigate from there. Now sometimes when I do this, and then I go back to the previous tab, and then forward to the tab I just opened and used, that tab won't display its contents. The active tab will switch on the tabbar, but the pane display does not change. Then, that last tab gets stuck and never updates, even if I close the previous tab.

At this point, if I double-click that dastardly tab, it won't close anymore. The only way to get things back to normal is to exit FC and open it again.
