555 - tree is not refreshed after folder create/del in panel

BUG: The tree is not refreshed after folder create/delete in panel.

Steps:
- From the menu select View/Details - to see details
- From the menu select View/Tree - to see the tree
- create a folder TEST_A
- press Ctrl+R in the panel - to be sure that everything is as usual
- press Ctrl+R in the tree - to be sure that everything is as usual
- in the panel: go to TEST_A
- in TEST_A: create subfolder TEST_AA
- BUG: in the tree it is not shown that TEST_A has a subfolder (= no small triangle)
- refresh the tree (click into the tree, then press Ctrl+R)
- in the tree double click on TEST_A - to see the TEST_AA is subfolder of TEST_A
- in the panel: click on TEST_A and delete it
- (TEST_A disappeared from the panel)
- BUG: TEST_A and TEST_AA are shown in the tree - tree is not refreshed

- OTHER SUGGESTION:
- in the tree: the right-click dropdown menu could contain "Refresh" option
