drag and drop a tab

At the moment, to move a tab to another panel the user has to copy a tab to the other panel and then delete the current tab. How about allowing the user to simply drag and drop a tab to the other panel. With the combination of the ctrl or shift, one is also able to copy the tab.

A small issue - clicking on the tab causes the cursor to change its shape to "drag&drop" which looks bad. Shape should be changed only after cursor was moved a bit (say, 5-10 pixels) away while having the left mouse button pressed, indicating that really dragging of a tab was started.

Right, it's a known issue, I have reported it already. I agree, it's quite annoying.
