1. Under Help/About check the location for freecommander.ini
2. Close FreeCommander
3. Open freecommander.ini with some text editor
4. Search if the line with PathEditAutoCompleteSource exists - if yes, then change the value to 0

Workaround:
- copy first in some TEMP1 folder the entire structure (files and folders)
- go to TEMP1 and swich to "Plain view - file, folders" Ctrl+Alt+B
- select all files with Edit > Select all files
- delete selected files
- you have the folder structure now

Go to Tools > Settings > Folder Tabs > Tab Management and deactivate "Close all not locked tabs when the program ends".

Have you used setup for install or maybe you have copied "FreeCommander portable ZIP" into ProgFiles (x86)?It is installed on Win7 Pro, dual core, in the ProgFiles (x86) folder. I have XE 2014 build 650.
Check the location of the freecommander.ini: Help - About - Paths info.

As described before, dragging is the problem already. After selecting a file and still holding the left mouse button, the gui reacts as if the mouse button is not clicked. That means that e.g. files are still highlighted on mouse over.

I do not know why it works. I have checked ulister.ini and "nopreviewtypes" was suspect for that problem.But I don't understand why it works, 'cause 1999 is the string for "Unknown format". There are several strings for .txt files, that, supposedly, were not blocked.

1) open quickviewer
2) select a file that needs uLister to be displayed
3) do not close quickviewer
4) select a txt-file
5) my FCXE now does not display the txt-file
Open the ulister.ini file (in ulister folder) and change the file as
