How to show menu?

When I added a program to the toolbar by dragging and dropping the exe file pressing ALT to the toolbar the menu, the complete menu bar, disappeared. How could I get it back?
FC newest stable version, portable

If you mean main menu:
- right click on the status bar: Show/hide main menu.
