Only the FreeCommander.shc file did the trick. I can still use my own ini file.
I will fully test is on monday, but thanks for now.
Maybe for future builds, more ease in disabling the move/copy box.

I want to add something strange here.
When i moved a file using shortcut F6, i finally noticed FreeCommander had created a Directory instead of a File. I couldn't changed in anymore to a file. and i had to delete it.
