Ok, I read carefully the links you submitted, and it seems to do the trick.
However, I don't feel like changing that, since it's changing the configuration of my computer (and I'm a developer, so I don't want to mess it), so I'll wait for a unicode version.

I get the problem with japanese filenames:

東京.rar

when I open the folder with freecommander, I get:

~1.rar

and it's impossible to copy/move or do anything on this file.
