Weird column data mixup + drag&drop to mspaint

1. I've noticed weird column behaviour: data for Extension and Modified are swapped in certain instances. It happens when I alt-tab from a game (e.g. Darksiders 2) or take over the PC through remote desktop. Restarting FC will reset to normal.

2. I cannot drag&drop items to some programs, e.g. mspaint or notepad++. np++ simply does nothing, mspaint shows an error



Lastly, no bug, but something I noticed during sign-up:

It seems that the problem is only in the 32 bit version, in the 64 bit version works correctly.
