- open this file in internal viewer
= error dialog is shown:
"Bitmap image is not valid"

- press Esc to close the dialog
- press Esc again to close the viewer window
= it's not closed because the focus has been lost

I can open that file in XnView.

IrfanView shows the same message.
If you want to see the bitmap in viewer use the option "Load images in fast mode".

The focus problem is fixed now.

But there is still a (minor) problem...

- open search dialog
- search for that bmp file
- select the bmp file
- press F3
- press Esc to close the error dialog
- press Esc again to close the viewer window
= focus is changed to the main FC window instead of Search window
