File search goes in the background

When I view a file with F3 from the file search result list, after closing the view the FC window comes in foreground instead of the file search window.

if it goes to the background however (by clicking on the main fc window), it's quite unintuitive to get it back into the foreground again.
You have to press search again.
The dialog does not show up on the task bar (which is the way I prefer it), but it also does not show up in alt-tab.
XP SP3, v2008.06

Under the options of the viewer you can configure an option to show it in the task bar (and then also in the Alt+Tab-List).....

o, sorry, missed that.
and the search has that too in the settings.
