R339 - Control panel - some items are not working

Some items in control panel button menu have sub-items (empty) and they cannot be opened.
Other items, below, are working.
Everything is on the screenshot:
I think it was working good with XP, it's not working only with Vista.
Hardware: CPU Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 3GHz, RAM 4GB, GPU GeForce 8800GT 512MB, HDD WD 640GB, DVB-S card SkyStar 2 r2.3, Monitor Samsung 215TW 21"...
