I am unable to access the updated file shown below:

Access Denied
You have no access to FreeCommanderXE-64-donor_setup749.zip. Visit order page to order additional subscriptions.

On the download page I can access both 32 bit files and the 64 bit portable file but not this one, the one I need.

Yesterday I accessed the 748 file without issue. Please help!

It's not just you, the file is unavailable also for me. You can use the portable version, as workaround.

Version 749 fix the only bug from version 748 32-bit only, so it looks the version 749 64-bit is not needed, or perhaps it's even the same as 748 64-bit, so maybe it was not released at all.

Problem fixed.
