Swap column data?

I have found a large number of files on a drive where the data is in the wrong columns. I was wondering if this program can swap the names from 'file name' column with the 'title column'?
Is so how is it done?

You can drag the "Title" column, but we need more info, I'm still not sure what you want...

Yes like switching everything that's in a column.
