Hi there.

I want to easily & systematically rename files & folders using the standard wildcards eg

I want to rename files by removing "Unit " from in front eg
Unit 504 V5.doc to 504 V5.doc
Unit 1078 V3.doc to 1078 V3.doc
Unit 166789 V2.doc to 166789 V2.doc

and other similar renaming problems.How can I do this simply?

I am prepared to help out writing instructions to do things to post on board so that the developer can incorporate them into the help file.
