Under Favorites the default prefix for shortcuts is set to "Control-shift"

I would like this to be just "Control" e.g. "Control-1" would be a hot key instead of Control-shift-1

How?

You can use Ctrl+number in the Favorite tools, Menu > Tools > Favorite tools > Favorite tools Edit.
