Photoshop Open File using "FreeCommander"

Can I use FreeCommander open Folder(viewer) when open file in photoshop(or other programs)
I find some threads about this issue.

This one seems not woking in Windows 10
I am not trying this one yet, I am afradi I will mess up my REGSITER and not working as I want at all.

http://www.forum.freecommander.com/viewtopic.php?t=1273- define first FreeCommander for shell menu ( in FreeCommander Extras->Settings->Shell menu)
- open the Windows Explorer and go to Tools->Folder Options...
- activate the File Types tab (I am stuck in here)
- select the line with "Folder" file type
- klick on Advanced button
- select the FreeCommander line
- klick on Set Default button
- close all windows with OK
