What is the different between(especially for performance),
32bit vs 64bit (I read
thisalready, anything other than that?)
Setup version vs Portable version.

There is no difference in performance, between 32 and 64 bit version, AFAIK.
Setup and portable versions are the same, the only difference is installation process and the location of settings, which can be changed in both versions.
