Program Crash When Loss of Network

I looked around for similar threads but did not find anything (within years) fresh. The program will freeze with the error dialog box "THE NETWORK PATH NOT FOUND" and it will never let me acknowledge it for it to refresh, or close the box. I am forced to force close it.
Windows 10.
