Does FC support these functions (see in post)

1. Shotcuts for folders. For example, I press Alt + D and D:\dev folder opens.
2. Can I activate tabs using Shortcuts: press Ctrl + 1 - first tab is activated (and so on).
3. Folder tree as web links (as in Explorer).
4. Expand/collapse folders tree (using shortcut).

I only know to your first question a solution. Favorite folders. (add through: Folders > Favorites > edit
These are binded to shift+ctrl+number. you can setup left and rightpane optional and the shortcut will change both simultaneously (eg: downloads left; music right
)

Question # 2 ---
Not quite what you're looking for, but CTRL + TAB
and SHIFT + CTRL + TAB
are the default shortcuts to rotate through the different tabs (or assign your own key combination in the menu Extras > Keyboard Shortucts)
Question # 4 ---
Expand / collapse folders -- you mean the tree pane?
Again, probably not exactly what you want, but
With the parent folder selected, hit the right arrow to expand, left arrow to collapse.

Hi mimino. With question 2, I believe what you are looking for is under Extra->Settings->Select items. From here, put a tick in "Hot track only".
If you then want FC to auto select the item after hovering over it for a given period of time then change the value in "Hover time for select item [msec]" from 0 to whatever value you want.
