How to populate subject with the name of the attachment?

OK, so I created a Favorites Toolbar, made a Favorite Tool to send an email, I associated the new Favorite Tool with the Favorite Tool 01 command and added it to the Action Bar to give me a new "Mail To" button. I also unchecked the box in the "define new tool" dialog window that allows the tool to seen (so there aren't two of the same buttons).

Is there some way to add a perimeter or argument to the "define new tool" dialog box to make the new tool add the attachment name to the subject line?

Thanks!

Sorry, don't use Thunderbird, only Windows Live Mail!

Here is a nice article with more info about SendToVB: http://itmanagerslife.blogspot.com/2011 ... email.html
However, I can't find a download link for this program anymore... :(
