717-32bit Tree view refresh fails when deleteing folders

Win7-32 (both tree view and file/list view are on)
When deleting folders in the file/list box, the tree view and the file/list box update correctly.
When deleting folders in the tree view (left box), the tree view refreshes to the Base Folder selected in Settings|View|Tree|Management|Base Folder. If "drive" is selected as Base Folder then the tree view will reset to "Desktop".
