File Naming Convention

Hi !
I think it will be cool if the filename was always with the first letter in uppercase and the others in lowercase, the extension always in lower case.
It's more easy to read a directory with this feature.
Btw, suppress the extension in the name, and add it into a new column. (Already made with the custom columns, but we can't suppress the extension from the filename).
