Implement Ctrl+Shift+V as paste&go

You might know this shortcut from web browsers where it takes an URL from the clipboard and opens it automatically.
I often copy path names into the clipboard, open a new tab inside FC and then go to that folder. Atm, I am using "Ctrl+T > Ctrl+G > Ctrl+V > Enter".
As I have not seen that Ctrl+Shift+V is already taken, I'd like to propose to use it for this action: Open a new tab and go to the path that is in the clipboard.
