Message when trying to sync with a attached smartphone


There are more issues, like drag & drop, so when will XE support MTP thoroughly?
We have 2016 and smartphone are everywhere

Because your smartphone is plugged as device, not as drive. If you'll change in phone "USB settings" you can see your device as drive(s). And Synchronize, drag & drop and so on would work fine for your smartphone.
