Right-click Context menu does following actions:

if 0 selected items => context menu on focused item / focused item is not selected after closing the menu - CORRECT
if 1 selected item => context menu on selected item / selected item is still selected after closing the menu - CORRECT (totalcmd does not)

if 1 or more selected item(s) =>
a) context menu on [selected items] - WRONG (one of the items is unselected) / selected item is not selected after closing the menu - WRONG
b) context menu on [focused item above the selected item(s)] - CORRECT / focused item is selected after closing the menu - CORRECT
c) context menu on [focused item under the selected item(s)] - CORRECT / focused item is not selected after closing the menu - WRONG
