For many versions now, FC looses keyboard shortcuts (such as F2 for rename) after a while. Not sure what causes this and it may be that some other application is stealing the key processing or something.

Restarting FC always fixes this but it is irritating enough that I decided to report it.

A quick fix for this could just be a "reload keyboard shortcuts" command that would re-assign the custom keystrokes.

It happened few times to me too, I think I have reported it, few years ago, it works good now, I couldn't reproduce this issue.

Please try to reproduce, watch the last steps, what are you doing before and perhaps you could reproduce it...

Now I have to press Tab 2 times to change panel, weird, it started in 703, even after FC restart, stil the same in 704 x64, Win7 x64.

It works good with default settings.
