Do I have to uninstall FC 32-bit to install FC 64-bit? I'm hoping this is not required as I'd like to save my settings I currently have in FC 32-bit to use in FC 64-bit.

As Always, thanks to all for your answers/suggestions!

You can use both versions, no need to uninstall. I'm not sure about the settings, as I use just several portable versions, old, XE 64-bit, XE 32-bit, I don't know if 2 different "installations" can use the same settings/path, but you can download the 64-bit portable version, unpack to new path, and copy the settings from 32 bit version to the new path of settings for the 64 bit version. Some 32 bit plugins may not work in the 64 bit version.

I have received "FreeCommander XE 2015 Build 685 64-bit donor" setup file.
Where can I download the 64 bit portable version?
