Downloading 64-bit version

I'm having great difficulty in downloading (i.e. have completely failed to download) any version of the 64-bit Free Commander software, despite having made the requisite donation. If I try the conventional way the download starts at about 2kb per second and fails after a few minutes. If I try with a download accelerator I get the 403 error. Can anybody suggest what I am doing wrong and how to rectify it?
