[694] Tree Refresh Issues

hello,
after multi-renaming several folders, the tree doesn't refresh properly
a click on a non-existent folder in tree view results in an error message
Shift+Strg+R (refresh all) doesn't do the trick (I guess it's just designed to refresh the file panels, which is o.k. most of the time).
