Having Probs w' Fole Listings

Greetings and Salutations.
I am running the latest version and XP SP2.
I attached a new esternal hard drive and decuded to do a large fike move.
The program stopped showing the folder names and icons after the first 2 folders but continues to keep moving the files. I stopped the move but no windows program would see anything other than what FreeCommander showed fron the beginning of the file move.
I had to restore to my first point and kind of have these folders back but now Windows explorer works just a bit wonky. No windows program will keep a sort of any kind in file listings. and I think I may never know if I Have lost some of those files moved.
I actually think I may need to reinstall. Yuck.
