Free Commander can crash. Reasons are different but it can. If you fine tuned it on Settings dialog - then you loose all your changes after crash.

My feature request is - make option to save settings to file each time when they are Applied in Settings dialog.

You already have such a setting: Tools - Save settings. Of course, you have to remember that you need to press it outside Settings dialog.
