Very slow and processor consuming

FC 685 works VERY SLOW and sometimes consumes about 25% of processor time for long period - minutes. While it does this - it's interface is not responsible and looks empty white. After this it appears well and works properly for some time. Wrong behavior appears each time when I change some settings - for example settings of tree view. There are no network paths in .ini file. Application and system events are clear.
