FreeCommander.lay.ini: "D53DF200-5A97-45DE..." = ?

Hi,

in FreeCommander.lay.ini there are strings like this:
D53DF200-5A97-45DE-803B-C8CE7E763778 .

Is that an arbitrary string? If not, how can I create it on my own?

Background:
I want to move from another file-manager to FreeCommander and want to convert the old "Layout" ("Sessions") file format to FreeCommanders layout file format.
