Is there any way to take a file or folder & copy it to another drive but only have it paste if the file doesn't already exist?

I'm trying to copy files from on drive to another & I'm uncertain if the exact same files already exist on the drive I'm pasting to ?

I use FreeCommander for Copy operations (Tools/Settings/File/folder operations) and hit Skip all when asked:
