Tabs at bottom are hidden

I'm using FreeCommander XE 2015 Build 685 32-bit public, Windows 8.1.
When you set tabs bar at bottom seems to be no problem, but when you restart FreeCommander the tabs are disappeared and have to set tab position at top to see the bar again.

Works fine for me in win7, might be a win8 issue.
Make sure you have the "Close all not locked tabs when the program ends" option unchecked.

I have this option unchecked.
The issue is:
- You set tabs at bottom, you see tabs fine. You close FC.
- You open FC again, you don't see any tab bar.
- You set tabs at top, you see tabs (all you had) again (at top).

I've noticed that the problem only occurs when you change tab style with slant (single, back or double) and cut corners.
