Multiple Selection is wrong after sorting selected list

If you have a list of selected files, cancel the selection, then the sort the list and reselect the files again, the files selected are not the ones you wanted.
Make sure the name column is sorted before following the steps. It doesn't matter which column you sort but for this example, I chose the name column.
1. In the FreeCommanderXE program folder, select fc_info.dat
2. Shift left click on license_eng.rtf to select 12 files.
3. Cancel the selection by left clicking on license_eng.rtf
4. Sort the name column in descending order.
5. Shift left click on FreeCommander.exe.
5a. I expect all files between license_eng.rtf and FreeCommander.exe to be selected (5 of them).
5b. Actually I get a selection from FreeCommander.exe to FCIcons.dll
This is in FreeCommander XE 2015 Build 685 32-bit public
