Libraries in Windows - columns bug

FC XE 2015 Build 685 public Win 7 32-bit - SP1
the problem also existed for the FC XE Version 2014 Build 650 - Win 7 - SP 1
When displaying the libraries's windows in FC, the width of the column names automatically adjusts despite the fixed width option.
Also, as you can see on the screenshot , the file sizes are in the "Date modified" and vice versa.
Is there a solution to this problem ?
