dBpoweramp Tooltip Display for FCXE x86 (on a x64 System)

If this sort of custom tooltip display could be added, that would be so awesome since I would almost never have to touch Windows Explorer:

Don't know what other applications make such extensive use of the tooltip feature, but it's crucial to my workflow.

Addendum:
After joby_toss's tests, the request is now skewed towards x86 builds since the x64 build is only available to donors.
