Unpack archive error dialogs

1. I have downloaded the new FC (beta, zip)
2. then tried to copy the zip content to FC install folder
3. when I don't use "Overwrite existing files" option, I use "Yes, all" button, I have the following error dialogs:
= "path.. (error 10125)
Skipped path.. FreeCOmmander.md5 1"
...and the same for FreeCommander.exe
I am sure that no other FC beta is running, just the official version from ANOTHER folder.
3. When I use "Overwrite existing files" option, I have NO error dialogs, everything is OK.
3. When I select "No, all", I have the same error dialog for each file!
