After reopen the FC displays only one last opened folder

The problem is that unlike the other commanders, after reopening the FC, each panel displays only one of the folders that have been opened before closing the commander. Please advise how can I solve this problem? I couldn't find this option in the settings.

Settings - Folder Tabs - Tabmanagement: Close all not locked tabs when the program ends ?
