Favorite has a bug about Chinese character.

My FreeCommander version is 2007.10a, my system is Windows XP SP2.
When I Edit a new favorite directory, and the active or unactive window's directory have Chinese characters in it.
Then when I open the favorite directory, there will be a messagebox shown that cannot find the path.
I think this is a bug with Chinese characters.
