"Recycle bin" toolbar button bug when FC XE runs eleveted

Latest FC XE + Windows 7 SP1 x86.
Hi.
In my FC I have the "Recycle bin" button at the bottom of the splitter toolbar.
There are 2 problems with it that annoy me.
1. Left-clicking on the button always opens the bin folder in a new Windows Explorer windows.
IMO, it should be opened in the active panel in FC instead. Can it be done?
2. If FC XE runs:
a) with current user's permissions:
- left clicking the button opens user's bin (correct)
- deleted files go to user's bin (correct)
- "Empty recycle bin" context command empties user's bin (correct)
b) with admin privileges (as Administrator):
- left clicking the button still opens user's bin instead of admin's (INCORRECT)
- deleted files go to admin's bin (correct)
- "Empty recycle bin" context command empties admins's bin (correct)
Can you check that out?
Thanks.
