Opening Settings causes crash

Using Build 680 (x64). When I click on Tools, Settings it crashes the program. But sometimes it does not.
I was able to repeat the crash a couple of times. But now it seems to be working alright. So it appears to be only right after install that it happens then it is fine.

Settings is causing the crash in FreeCommander XE 2015 Build 691 64-bit donor
