Auto Resize Columns with Window-Geometry Change?

Hi All,
Firstly, thanks to the Devs for this fantastic product. I was always weary of explorer-alternatives because most seem bloated, and this product is god send when customized the way I like.
I would like to know if I can replicate the behaviour of toggling the 'Auto Resize Column' panel button so that columns auto-resize based on window-geometry and the data-field sizes required.
Also, is it possible to add an icon (say a double-sided arrow) to the button so that I can immediately recognize it without enabling captions, and so that I can add it to the Address Bar list of buttons?
