Missing toolbar button icons

Hi there, I posted about this back in 2011, here:

I have just downloaded the latest version XE 2014 build 665 and the icons are still missing. Is this by design or are they still "just not implemented yet"?

Some of the ones you mentioned in 2011 have icons now, some still don't. You can always add your own icon for any toolbar button.
