my favorit folders are reseted

Hello,
I use FC in a permanent way and for more than 5 years (XE version 2014 build 650).
I appreciate the favorit folder panel. Nevertheless, I happen regularly that my favorit folder is reset at the moment or I slide a new element in the panel.
Bug or bad manipulation (I make a slide and not shift ctr V). Generally it work, sometime it' hang.
