create own Button for some settings

Hi Folks,
I would like to have the possibility to create a personal button in the toolbars and give them a spcific function e.g. "Follow Location changes in the active panel.
So I don't have to go to >Settings >tree >Management >check follow location...
I very often switch between the active and non-active state.
