R317 - Show tab row for one tab too issue

- default settings, no plugins
- enable Show tab row for one tab too option
- restart FC
= it's enabled, OK
- disable Show tab row for one tab too option
- restart FC
= it's still enabled - a bug(?)
When I close the tabs manually, it's working, but it should work automatically, at least after restart, I think...
FC R317, Windows XP SP2.
